• Fees were disproportionate to the bank's costs
• You weren't clearly informed of the charges
• The bank didn't warn you before applying charges
• You were in financial difficulty at the time

• Must show cost per £100 borrowed
• Must give tools to avoid overdraft
• Cannot charge more for unarranged overdrafts

1. Log into online banking
2. Download 6 years of statements
3. Or make a SAR for full records
4. Add up all overdraft-related charges
