How this stays offline & what “e-sign” means here

Everything is in this tab — no server, no account. Line items and totals are calculated locally; the document is rendered as HTML and you use Print → Save as PDF (Chrome/Edge/Firefox). Signatures are drawn on <canvas> and embedded as PNG data URLs. A SHA-256 hash of the document (via SubtleCrypto) plus local timestamp is printed in the audit footer. For most freelance quotes/proposals this is a practical e-sign; it is not a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS / ESIGN for regulated transactions.
