Turn volunteered teaching hours into small, realistic learning cohorts. Work out who can attend a complete course, how many places remain unmet, and the mentor time each skill requires.

Use aliases and consent-based sign-ups. Teaching capacity is not proof of competence, readiness for work or permission to practise regulated trades. All course requirements are entered by the organiser. Browser-only worksheet: no uploads, accounts or automatic saving. Use one agreed master copy; this is not a synchronised multi-user service. Export before closing and share only with consent.

One line: mentor alias | skill | total teaching hours | maximum cohort size

One line: unique skill | teaching hours per cohort

One line: unique learner alias | skill | available learning hours

How this works and what it cannot do

Mentors are processed in listed order. A full cohort consumes the course hours once from the mentor; each learner must individually have those hours available. Learners are filled in listed order, without duplicate placement. Matching is exact by skill, not availability dates. This is a capacity worksheet, not a certified qualification or an employment offer.
