Select the questions relevant to your group, then make a list to ask the organiser.

Is the route from the entrance and transport step-free?Are accessible viewing spaces available, and can companions stay together?Where are accessible toilets and seating? Is there a quiet space and can we leave and re-enter?Is accessible parking or drop-off available, and does it need booking? Can event information and emergency instructions be provided in an accessible format? Are assistance dogs welcome, and is there a quieter route?

Select at least one question.

The tool cannot verify venue facilities. Ask the organiser directly and allow time for them to respond.
