📝 Structured Investigation Report Builder

Build a clear field report that separates direct observations from interpretations, records methods and limitations, and includes permission and ordinary-explanation checks. Nothing is saved or sent until you export it.

OBSERVATIONS ≠ PARANORMAL PROOF
This report builder does not analyze evidence. It records what investigators observed and the limits of the session; it cannot establish a haunting or identify a cause.
