🏋️ Powerlifting DOTS & Wilks Score

Compare lifters across weight classes. Enter a bodyweight and total (or the three lifts) and get both the modern DOTS score and the classic Wilks score, so a 60 kg lifter and a 120 kg lifter can be ranked on one scale.

Or enter the three lifts separately
The formulas & what a good score is

Both scores = total × 500 ÷ a bodyweight polynomial, with separate coefficients for men and women. DOTS is the modern IPF standard (a fourth-degree polynomial); Wilks is the classic (fifth-degree). Rough guide: 500+ is world-class, 450+ elite, 400+ advanced, 350+ strong intermediate, 300+ a solid base.
