Delay Repay pays you for arriving late — but the clock runs on your arrival at your final destination, not on the departure board, and single, return and season tickets are compensated on three different bases. Put in the delay and the fare and this tells you the band, the money, the day the claim expires, and which operator owes it.
The bands here are the standard Delay Repay ones; a handful of operators run slightly more generous schemes, and a handful still start at 30 minutes — check the operator’s own Delay Repay page, because theirs is the number that gets paid. Claims go to the operator that ran the delayed service, not the website you bought the ticket from, and the deadline is 28 days. A missed connection still counts: the delay is measured to where you actually ended up.
