How the score is calculated (and its limits)

Hard skills are extracted from the job ad by matching a 180-term dictionary (languages, frameworks, clouds, tools, certifications) plus capitalized bigrams/trigrams. ATS score = 35% keyword coverage Β· 20% hard-skill coverage Β· 15% formatting Β· 15% length/readability Β· 15% action verbs & quantifiable impact.
