Translate a measured timing offset into DAW sample nudges, acoustic path difference, and predicted comb-filter notches.
Advance the late track or delay the early track by the offset. Rounded samples leave the residual shown. Notches assume equal-level, identical, same-polarity signals summed with a fixed delay; real microphones and rooms differ. Polarity reversal is not the same as correcting a time offset.
