Seeding & byes

The bracket is padded to the next power of two, so entries past your team count become byes that advance without playing. Seeded draws pair the top seed with the bottom seed in round one (1 v 8, 2 v 7…) so the best two teams can only meet in the final. A random draw ignores seeding and shuffles everyone.
