🏋️ Weightlifting Sinclair Score

The Sinclair coefficient lets lifters of different bodyweights be compared. Enter sex, bodyweight and total, and this computes the 2025–2028 Sinclair coefficient and Sinclair Total.

How the coefficient works

For bodyweights below the reference weight b, the coefficient is 10A·(log₁₀(BW/b))²; at or above b it is simply 1. Sinclair Total = total × coefficient. This card uses the official 2025–2028 IWF coefficients (men A=0.700767819, b=201.159; women A=0.674107991, b=163.918), valid from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2028.
