👧 Youth Team Rotation Planner

Every child gets a fair go. Tell it how many players, how many are on the pitch at once, and how long the game lasts, and it builds a substitution plan that shares the minutes out as evenly as possible — including who is on and off in each period.

How the fairness works

Total playing minutes are fixed (on-pitch count × match length) and shared out so everyone gets within one rotation period of each other. Each period picks the players with the least minutes so far, so no child is left sat on the bench for long stretches. With squads larger than the on-pitch count, everyone sits out now and then — that is the only way to make the minutes equal.
