How it works
Each sand grain is individually simulated with gravity, friction, and collision physics. Grains pile up with a natural angle of repose and avalanche when the slope gets too steep.
Controls
• Flip — turn the hourglass upside down
• Grain Size — smaller = more grains, slower
• Flow Speed — neck opening width
• Click/tap to poke the sand pile
